After Hours Medical Services（休日診療）

　If you need to see a doctor outside of normal opening hours, the medical practices below are open from 9am-12pm. Please call in advance to inform them of your symptoms.

　What to bring: hoken shō(health insurance card), for children aged 15 and under, please bring your child’s Kodomo Iryōhi Jukyūsha-shō (Child Medical Care Card)

　If you need urgent medical advice outside of normal opening hours and after hours, please call Aichi Prefecture’s Medical Institution Guide “Automated Foreign Language Phone & f a x Service” on 050-5810-5884. This automated phone service is available in 5 different languages including English and will look up medical institutions that can cater to your language.

　休みの日に病気になったら、下の表の病院が開いています。電話をして、体のようすを伝えてください。

　保険証を持っていってください。中学生以下の子どもが病気になったとき、「子ども医療費受給者証」も持っていってください。

　病院が開いていない時間に急に病気になった場合は、「外国語音声ファクス案内」（050-5810-5884）へ電話してください。英語、ポルトガル語、スペイン語、中国語、韓国語で病院を教えてくれます。
